 Comments on "Healthcare Data as a Public Good" by Alan Westin, Ph.D.
As a participant at the February 28th IOM Workshop on Healthcare Data as
a Public Good, and specifically at the session on Privacy and
Security, Alan F. Westin, Ph.D., Professor of Public Law & government
