 Questions & Answers Concerning the Texas
Department of Family & Protective Services RFP for an Independent Administrator
of Child Protective Services in Region 8
Twenty-three organizations expressed interest in submitting a bid to
the State of Texas to serve as an independent administrator (IA) of
child protective services in Region 8, located near San Antonio. On
June 8, 2006, the organizations had the opportunity to ask questions
about the bidding process and the expectations of the IA. This
report features the questions asked by the bidding organizations and
the responses given by the state.
