Texas DADS HCS Case Management Transition Overview
The Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services developed an overview to answer questions about the state's change in case management for home- and community-based services. The change shifted case management responsibilities from private provider organizations to the state's 39 Mental Retardation Authorities.
