 Corporate Integrity Agreement Between the
Office of Inspector General & the Saint Barnabas Health Care
System
This document details how the Saint Barnabas Health Care System (SBHCS) will
comply with the statues, regulations, and written directives of
Medicare, Medicaid, and all other federal health care programs. The
agreement will be in effect for six years. At the same time as SBHCS
enters into this corporate integrity agreement, SBHCS is also entering into a settlement
agreement with the United States.
