 Ticket to Work and Work Incentives
Advisory Panel Final Report
The purpose of the Panel's Advice
Report was to provide analysis and recommendations regarding the
design of the Adequacy of Incentives Study authorized by the
Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999. The
Adequacy of Incentives Study was mandated by Congress to evaluate
how the Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficient Program can be used to
increase employment among those with significant disabilities. The
Advice Report is based on relevant documents, including reports
from an Experts Roundtable and public testimony coordinated and
convened by the Design and Evaluation Committee of the Work
Incentives Advisory Panel on July 27, 2001.
