The Condition of Education 2010
The National Center for Education Statistics summarized developments and trends
in education. The analysis included participation in education, learner
outcomes, student effort and educational progress, the contexts of elementary
and secondary education, and the contexts of post-secondary education. The
analysts found that 13% of public school students received services under the
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act in 2001 through 2008.
