Dodson Shively & Associates, Inc., Contract With Indiana Department of Child Services for RFP 8-30

On July 1, 2008, the Indiana Department of Child Services awarded Dodson Shively and Associates, Inc., a contract in response to Request for Proposal-8-30. The awarded amount was for $1.4 million, to provide coordination and management services for Indiana counties in Regions 1 (Lake), 2 (Jasper, LaPorte, Newton, Porter, Pulaski, Starke), 3 (Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, St. Joseph), 4 (Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, Whitley), 5 (Benton, Warren, Fountain, White, Tippecanoe, Carroll, Clinton), 6 (Cass, Fulton, Howard, Miami, Wabash), 8 (Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, Vigo), 13 (Brown, Greene, Lawrence, Monroe, Owen), 16 (Gibson, Knox, Pike, Posey, Vanderburgh, Warrick), 17 (Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Martin, Orange, Perry, Spencer), and 18 (Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, Washington). The contract terminates on June 30, 2010.
