NEC-Business Network
Solutions, Inc. (hereafter "NEC/BNS" or
defendant"), a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of Delaware with its principal place of business in Irving,
Texas, and the United States Department of Justice, by and through
the United States' Attorney's Office for the Northern District of
California and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice
(hereafter "the government"), enter into this written
plea agreement ("the Agreement") pursuant to Rule
11(c)(1)(C) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
