 Colorado Supported Living Services & Children's Extensive Support Waiver Rates Effective July 1, 2009
This resource is a list of services, and their rates, approved for Colorado Medicaid's Supported Living Services Waiver for people with developmental disabilities.
These services and rates are for people assessed at needing support level 1. Each person receives funding based on his or her level of service need.
