Missouri Autism Services Insurance Reform Bill 1311

Missouri recently passed a bill that will provide individuals with health insurance coverage for the diagnosis and treatments of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The bill has passed through the Senate and House and is now waiting to be signed by Governor Nixon. This bill is proposed to go into effect August 28, 2010. It covers the treatment of individuals with ASD up until age 18.
