 Report of the Children's Services Task Force to
the Butler County Commissioners
The Children's Services Task Force conducted a SWOT analysis of the
Butler County Children's Services Board to identify the
organizations strength and weaknesses that may have contributed to
a child death while in the care of a foster parent. The plan
presents two alternatives merge the Children's Services Board with
the county department of Job and Family Services or allow the
Children's Services Board to remain independent and the
opportunities and threats present in each course.
