Torture not Treatment: Electric Shock and Long-Term Restraint in the United States on Children and Adults with Disabilities at the Judge Rotenberg Center

Mental Disability Rights International (MDRI) released an investigation report on the use of electric shock used by the Judge Rotenburg Center (JRC) to discipline and train children and adult residents with disabilities. MDRI interviewed former employees, former residents' families, and reviewed reports and complaints about JRC and their use of electric shock.
