 Andrew M. Cuomo and the State of New York vs. B&H Healthcare Services, Inc., et al.
This case was brought by the Attorney General of New York State, Andrew Cuomo against B&H Healthcare Services Inc., and its chief officers, seeking $30 million lost by the New York State Medicaid program for false claims. The claim alleges that the defendants intentionally hired and employed unqualified nursing personnel for their at-home nursing services and knowingly made false Medicaid claims for these services.
