 Consent Decree in the case of R.C., vs. Hornsby
This is the consent degree in the case of R.C. et al. vs. the Alabama Department of Human Resources. The decree created a "system of care" based on placement prevention, family reunification, permanency, and home-based and community-based services. These processes would continue with court supervision.
