Georgia House Bill 228

The bill proposed by the Georgia Legislature reorganized the Department of Health and Human Resources into three separate departments: the Department of Health, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Behavioral Health. It also made related changes to abolish and establish advisory boards and councils to support the new departments.
