California County Treatment Plan Coalition: Request for Information for a Behavioral Health Treatment Plan Documentation Library
In early May, 2010, a coalition of twenty-nine California counties released a Request for Information (RFI) for a behavioral health treatment plan documentation library to use with the counties' current electronic health records (EHRs). The selected library must comply with Medicaid requirements; use consumer-friendly wording that is wellness and recovery-oriented; and be sensitive to cultural, age, and gender differences. The library must not be embedded in a proprietary software product. Responses are requested by June 25, 2010; the coalition plans to select a contractor in August 2010.
