D.C. CFSA Congregate Care Human Care Agreement: Contractor's Qualifications Record Response
This document indicates how provider organizations seeking to contract with the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) will demonstrate their experience and qualifications to be considered for selection as a Human Care Agreement (HCA) contractor. CFSA is moving toward the HCA method for assigning contracts; as of February 2010 congregate care and foster care have been transitioned to the HCA procurement model.
