 Chronic Disease Management Case Study: Fold Telecare
As part of the Britain's Assisted Living Innovation Platform (ALIP), a research project will start to develop a Virtual Extra Care Service (VIRTEx) to link individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions with their caregivers. This is a case study conducted by one of the organizations who will conduct the project.
