Stay in RBHA Contract for Services in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee & Santa Cruz Counties, Arizona

The Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) announced that a stay was issued for the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) contract in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz Counties (referred to as GSA 3) that begins July 1, 2010. The RBHA contract, which is currently held by Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA), originally was awarded to Cenpatico of Arizona. When the award was announced, CPSA filed a protest (a legal challenge) that included a request for a stay that would keep CPSA's operations in place until the protest is decided. The stay was issued on April 29, 2010.
