CenterPoint is the Local Management Entity
managing mental health and developmental disability services for Forsyth,
Stokes, and Davie Counties. This report provides information about CenterPoint's activities during the third quarter 2009 (January 1-March
31, 2009). The quarterly report provides
updates, financial, and service reports for the preceding 90 days. It
includes information about CenterPoint's first performance-based
contracts with providers.
