Ohio MRDD Futures Progress Report: One Year Later April 2009
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities reported on its progress in improving services for people with developmental disabilities. The improvements
include a shorter response time to answer service provider questions, streamlining documentation needed to ensure appropriate emergency services, and
implementing a standard, competency-based curriculum for direct care staff.
