Implementing Change in Substance Abuse Treatment Programs
Change is definitely possible in agencies and organizations for substance abuse treatment, the hardest part is taking the first step. TAP 31, Technical Assistance
Publication, is a program that helps integrate evidence-based practices, called EBPs, for substance abuse treatment. Implementing change based on proven
methods would be the most efficient route and to continue monitoring progress. This report explains a step-by-step process of successful integration into any
existing practice.
