Change is definitely possible in agencies and organizations for substance abuse treatment, the hardest part is taking the first step. TAP 31, Technical Assistance Publication, is a program that helps integrate evidence-based practices, called EBPs, for substance abuse treatment. Implementing change based on proven methods would be the most efficient route and to continue monitoring progress. This report explains a step-by-step process of successful integration into any existing practice.
