Amendments to New Jersey DCF Third Party Contract Language

The New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) has revised its third party provider contracts. These amendments deal with allowable costs for non-profit contractors into effect on July 1, 2010. These amendments include maximum executive pay levels, the amount organizations can spend on travel and staff training, no tuition reimbursements unless the courses are required by contract, vehicle purchases must be approved in advance, and no contract funds can be used for meetings and conferences sponsored by the provider organization.
