The National Child Welfare Resource Center for Organizational Improvement
(NRCOI) and the National Resource Center for Child Welfare Data and
Technology (NRCCWDT), based on experience in assisting a number of states
and jurisdictions with service array issues, have developed a process to
assist jurisdictions as they assess and enhance their capacity at
community, regional, and state levels to meet the individualized needs of
children, youth, and
families.
