 Fairness in Nursing Home Arbitration Act
This bill would prevent the imposition of pre-admission agreements that include language
specifying that all disputes will be resolved through arbitration. It will apply to all any
nursing facility as defined in 1919(a) 13 of the Social Security Act. It states that
arbitration may be entered into after a dispute arises.
