 Amendment to HR 5613
A bill (HR 5613) was introduced in the United States House of Representatives to enact a one-year moratorium on all seven recent Medicaid regulations to restrict case management activities. This amendment calls for an identification of which claims for items and services under title 19 of the Social Security Act are not processed through the regular systems and a subsequent
examination of the reasons why.
