 South Carolina Telemedicine Home Care Grants (GAR 03-08)
The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) released a grant application request for the implementation or
expansion of telemedicine home care programs. Multiple grants in varying amounts (up to $50,000 for an ultimate grants total of $1 million) will be awarded through a competitive process for programs related to helping those clients with a diagnosis of congestive heart failure, diabetes,
hypertension, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
