 Kentucky House Bill 159
The legislation requires health insurance plans to cover autism treatment
services, including applied behavioral analysis. The legislation was signed into
law on April 13, 2010; it goes into effect January 1, 2011. It also creates a
certification board and process for behavior analysts.
