 Measuring & Improving Practice & Results; 2006 CSR Baseline Results
This presentation illustrates the Indiana Family and Social Services
Administration transformation goals for the mental health service
system. It explains how the consumer service reviews (CSR) were conducted
and how to use the results to improve program design and practice
development. The CSR evaluated consumers' status, agencies' daily
practices, and consumer outcomes.
