 Management and Operation of Upper Rio Grand at Work Career Centers
This request for proposals was submitted by the Upper Rio Grand Workforce Solutions in Texas for operation of its regional career centers. The career centers provide individuals with job readiness, social skills and job training, placement, and follow-up services. These services are available to those persons who are dependent on welfare, are homeless, have physical or mental disabilities, or those with a lack of education or work experience. Winners of the contract were announced on
February 22, 2008. Ross Innovative Employment Solutions, a subsidiary of Providence Service Corporation, was awarded a one-year contract for the El Paso
County Career centers.
