 Intermediate Care Facility/Mental Retardation Nursing Services: Elizabeth Levinson Center
This request for proposals was issued by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services Office of Adults with Cognitive and Physical Disabilities Services. The contract winner would operate the Elizabeth Levinson Center in Bangor, which is a 20-bed intermediate care facility for children and young adults with multiple handicaps and intellectual disabilities. The contract winner would be responsible for all services including physical therapy, speech therapy, family contacts, nursing/health services, food services, transportation, housekeeping, and grounds maintenance.
