community-based services. As a first step to expand community-based services, BBH is planning to privatize its 49-bed community-based transitional housing
program for forensic and civil patients of the New Hampshire Hospital (NHH); the procurement (RFP 12-DCBCS-BBH-THS-02) was released on April 4, 2011.
