Washington State Child Welfare Transformation RFP: Questions and Answers

The Washington State Children’s Administration released a request for proposals (RFP) seeking community-based lead agencies to manage performance-based contracts to provide child and family services in the state’s six regions. The state estimates funding for the performance-based contracts will be $111 million annually. The lead agencies will receive a monthly regional case rate payment for each child; the case rate includes all administrative costs and is intended to cover the costs of coordinating and providing services to children and families referred for care by the state.
