Behavioral Health presented information about the school-based system of care used by Safe Harbor
Behavioral Health. The presentation was given
April 4, 2009 at the 2009 OPEN MINDS Executive Express
Institute. Mr. Evans reported that after Safe Harbor established a school-based system of care
the organization noted the following outcomes:
