 The Departments Administration of Selected Aspects of the Reading
First Program
The Office of the Inspector General auditors concluded that the U.S.
Department of Education did not have controls in place to ensure
compliance with the Department of Education Organization Act and the
No Child Left Behind Act curriculum provisions. Specifically, the
