March 4, 2008 The Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) released RCCBP RFP 021508 on February 15, 2008. Proposals were due by March 26, 2008. The total amount of funds available is $315,000 and the contracts will begin July 1, 2008, and run through June 30, 2009.  The DSS Bureau of Aging, Community, and Social Work Services selected the New England Cognitive Center (NECC) and Connecticut Community Care, Inc.
