The report, Side-by-Side Comparison of Health Reform Bills Impact on Medicare, published by the Medicare Rights Center compares the Final Health Reform Bill (Senate and reconciliation) to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Senate Bill). The report compares the changes occurring under the legislation of the two bills from different aspects of the Medicare system.
