 Virginia House Bill 825 Foster and Adoption Workers Minimum Training Requirements
This Virginia General Assembly bill requires the Department of Social Services to establish minimum training requirements for foster and adoption workers. It also mandates educational programs for foster and adoption workers and their supervisors. This bill was signed into law by the Governor on March 2, 2008. It will become effective on July 1, 2008.
