Medical Assistance Program Fee Schedule for Select Services in the Consolidated & Person/Family Directed Support Waivers, & Community Mental Retardation

On March 22, 2010, the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) released corrected fee schedule tables to replace the tables released in June
2009, which had not included Supported Employment services. The new fee schedule also corrected the Area 2 rate for unlicensed habilitation level 4 enhanced,
from $19.83 to $19.86 for each 15-minute service unit.
