 LaShawn A. v. Fenty: Amended Implementation Plan
The Washington, District of Columbia Child and Family Services
Agency did not meet final child welfare performance benchmarks between April 2003
and December 31, 2006 in the LaShawn v. Williams (now renamed
LaShawn v. Fenty to reflect the change in administration) class action
lawsuit. This document is an amended implementation plan that
includes outcomes to be achieved and maintained through a strategy plan
with action steps. It will be in force through December 31, 2008.
