Memo From California DSS to Counties About Increase in Foster Care Rates
The California Department of Social Services released the memo to inform counties that a court order in California Alliance of Child and Family Services
vs. Cliff Allenby, et al., would increase foster care rates. The memo provides a standardized rate schedule for group homes. The new payment rates were
effective as of December 14, 2009.
