New York State Office of Mental Health Clinic Restructuring Implementation Plan
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) developed a plan to restructure reimbursement and services for the state's public outpatient mental health
clinics. The implemenation plan described the types of services and supports to be offered for adults and children. It also described a four-year shift to create
an equitable reimbursement structure in which similar services are reimbursed at similar rates.
