Review of Missouri Medicaid Payments for the School District Administrative Claiming Program for Federal Fiscal Years 2004 Through 2006 (A-07-08-03107)
The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Health and Human Services reviewed the Missouri Medicaid School District Administrative
Claiming (SDAC) Program for federal fiscal years 2004 through 2006. OIG aimed to determine whether Missouri's agency correctly calculated and claimed only
allowable administrative costs for the St. Louis Public and Springfield school districts for the SDAC program. Furthermore, OIG estimated the statewide impact
