 Invitation to Negotiate (SNR0809ME01) To Become the Community-Based Managing Entity for Substance Abuse
& Mental Health Services In Miami-Dade & Monroe Counties
The Florida Department of Children and Families released this invitation to negotiate on March 10, 2009. The Department seeks a non-profit entity to manage, support, and provide oversight of substance abuse and mental health services through a region-wide comprehensive behavioral health system of care in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. Proposals are due May 5, 2009 and the contract will run from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2014. The estimated value of the contract is $312 million.
