 Kings County Hospital Center Highlights of the Behavioral Health Program Reform Plan
This behavioral health program reform plan was prompted by a U.S. Department of
Justice investigation initiated in December 2007. The president of the New York Health and Hospitals Corporation announced changes made to operations at the hospital's new psychiatric center on February 5, 2009.
