 New Jersey Partial Care Services Standards
Changes to New Jersey's partial care services standards were adopted
November 6, 2006. The changes expire October 13, 2011. The changes
will limit the use of partial day services and will cut
reimbursements to partial day service providers. The goal of the
change is to shift resources to increase the access to
community-based services as well as increase choice for consumers.
This document provides the New Jersey Department of Mental Health's
responses to concerns and questions posed by stakeholder organizations.
