 Grady Health System Resolution Authorizing the Creation of a 501(C)(3) Corporation & the Preparation of a Lease Agreement & a Funding Agreement
This resolution - submitted by the Fulton-Dekalb Hospital Authority (FDHA) and approved by the Dekalb County Board of Commissioners in Georgia - leases the Grady Health System operations and management to a new nonprofit organization, the Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation (GMHC). This
transfers puts FDHA in compliance with proposed state law, House Bill 1256. The official date for the transfer of management has not yet been
released.
