 Report of the Developmental Disabilities Special Investigative Committee
Nebraska LR283 mandated the creation of the Developmental Disabilities Special Investigative Committee of the Legislature to investigate the Beatrice State Developmental Center. The committee released this final report in December 2008, stating that it had no faith in the Department of Health and Human Services to improve conditions at the center.
