 The McKinsey Quarterly: How Health Care Costs
Contribute to Income Disparity in the United States
The McKinsey Global Institute published an
article in the March 2009 issue of the McKinsey Quarterly
entitled, " How Health Care Costs Contribute to Income Disparity in the
United States." The article assesses trends in health care costs, health
care coverage, and household income and how they have contributed to
growing disparities between different income groups in the United States
over the period 1996-2005.
