 H.R. 1279: Direct Support Professionals Fairness and Security Act of 2007
This bill, which now has 107 cosponsors, gives states a much needed option
to secure additional federal Medicaid dollars for the workforce. This
bill is an investment in a workforce that is needed to ensure the
stability of home-and community-based services.
